Many game performance issues (i.e., loading, crashing, missing features, sync-ing of the game) can be resolved with one of the following steps.
For Android Mobile app:
- Check your Internet connection.
- Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G, or LTE.
- If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on and that you are not too far from the router.
- Restart your device.
- Check your device's memory.
- Check if you have the latest version of the game app installed from the Google Play Store.
- Restart your app by force-closing it.
- Force close unnecessary background apps using the same steps as above.
- Check that you have the latest software version of your device's operating system.
- If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app.*
*Please note that re-installing the app will reset your game progress.
