Many game performance issues (i.e., loading, crashing, missing features, sync-ing of the game) can be resolved with one of the following steps.

For Android Mobile app:

  1.  Check your Internet connection.
    • Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G, or LTE.
    • If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on and that you are not too far from the router.
  2.    Restart your device.
  3.    Check your device's memory.
  4.    Check if you have the latest version of the game app installed from the Google Play Store.
  5.    Restart your app by force-closing it.
  6.    Force close unnecessary background apps using the same steps as above.   
  7.    Check that you have the latest software version of your device's operating system.
  8.    If the issue persists, uninstall/re-install the app.*
 *Please note that re-installing the app will reset your game progress.
